Team Building 2026

Get Ready for an Inspiring Evening of Teamwork and Celebration! 

We’re excited to bring everyone together for Team Building 2026, a meaningful gathering designed to strengthen our bonds, refresh our purpose, and set the tone for a stronger RPRMD in the year ahead.

The activity will take place at Solaya Events Place, located at Felix Enriquez Drive, Zone 1-B Lumbangan, Zamboanga City. Since this event is scheduled outside of regular office hours, we will be meeting directly at the venue. Please plan your travel to ensure you are ready to begin our session from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The program will open with our Master of Ceremonies, who will lead the kickoff with key announcements, team highlights, and exciting surprises. This will be followed by light refreshments as everyone settles in and connects with colleagues.

After our afternoon team-building activities and a three-course dinner, the evening will transition into a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Our guest DJ will take over the booth, setting the mood for music, laughter, and celebration as we cap off the night together.

Recommended Attire

We're recommending resort-casual attire. Since we're leaving directly from the office, plan on bringing your resort clothes and changing before we leave.

Light, comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities (linen shirts, polo shirts, blouses, sundresses, or dressy shorts) and comfortable footwear (sandals, flats, or loafers) are ideal. Optional accessories like hats, sunglasses, or light jackets for cooler evening areas are encouraged.
